Pre-Purchase Home Inspection

Mint Quality very comprehensive home inspection is for the client who would like a thorough analysis of most major details of the home. Move In Ready Inspection

A Move In home inspection is ideal when your newly constructed home is finished or you have already got a inspection and your items of concern have been addressed.  A Move In ready Inspection takes pace prior to the final walk through by the builder or your realtor. 

You get critical information that corrections prior to closing have been addressed with the necessary repairs.

11th Month Warranty Inspection

Most builders offer a one-year warranty on a new home. We’ll come out during the 11th month and perform a full home inspection before the builder’s warranty expires. Our non-invasive inspection is based on observations of the visible and apparent condition of the interior and exterior of the structure, including its major systems and components. Following your inspection, you will receive a comprehensive report, complete with photos, that includes information on any material defects observed on the date of the inspection. Armed with this information, you can take any necessary steps to hold your builder and his subcontractors to their warranties while they’re still in force. 

New Construction Inspection/Pre-Drywall Inspection

Having a new-build home inspected during the building process can help catch health and safety issues early and reduce headaches and expenses down the line.
